    • Are returns available ? Returns may only be accepted for two reasons ( damaged or defective). Please email info@armbeautyrx.com within 2 business days with your order #, proof of purchase ( package slip) and image of goods. After reviewing, we will update you on the status of your refund.
  • Can I cancel or change my order once finished? All sales are final unless item is damaged or defective
  • My order was stolen, how can you help? We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
  • Are your products vegan or cruelty free? We are cruelty free! Unfortunately, we are not vegan but, we are working on a few vegan products in the future.
  • How long is shipping? We ship using USPS priority which takes 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent once item is fulfilled.
  • How long is processing? Processing takes 1-2 business days.
    • Do you offer international shipping? Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by ARM Beauty Rx.
    We are not responsible for any shipping delivers that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the order has exited the United States.
  • How do I sign up for PR? PR blasts will be posted on our instagram account with instructions on how to apply.
